Founded in 1972, the World Hockey Association (WHA) was a professional hockey league that challenged the NHL and helped reshape the sport during the 1970s. Known for its exciting style of play, the WHA attracted legendary players like Bobby Hull, Gordie Howe, and a young Wayne Gretzky. Despite financial struggles and frequent franchise changes, the league built a passionate following and introduced hockey to new markets across North America. When the WHA folded in 1979, four of its teams joined the NHL, leaving behind a lasting legacy in professional hockey history.

Our vintage-inspired grey heather tees are made sustainably from a soft blend of premium cotton, polyester, and rayon and printed with eco-friendly, water-based ink that blends into the fabric with each wash, giving it a softer feel and more character as time goes on.
