2 - Use the return label provided to send the item(s) back to us. 

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date of unworn and unwashed items. Please be sure to include your packing slip, or a print out of your order email and we’ll track it down. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received. For returns we will credit you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping. Please note, it will take up to 3 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process. For exchanges, please make sure to inform us of the new size that you would like and we’ll have your new size on the next Pony Express out of town.
