The Story
Paying homage to Yale's historic football venue, this graphic features a helmet-wearing Handsome Dan graphic that we sourced from a 1950s-era spirit ribbon.
The Yale Bowl was the largest athletic stadium in the world and the first football venue with seating completely surrounding the field when it opened on Nov. 21, 1914, for a game against Harvard. You can still cheer on the Bulldogs at the Yale Bowl every fall with the student section "bulldog, bulldog, bow-wow-wow, Eli Yale!"
Crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup, our signature tees are made with premium airlume (for softness) and ringspun (for durability) cotton combined with poly and rayon to make the perfect tee👌 that wears and feels like a well-worn favorite. Our garments are printed with inks that actually blend into the fabric giving it more character and true vintage look with every wash.
