The Story
The St. Louis Stars played at Busch Memorial Stadium from 1966 to 1977 before eventually folding in 1977. Even though the St. Louis Stars were a strong team in the 1977 season, it wasn't enough to keep the blue and white in St. Louis. With players like Steve Frank & Pat McBride donning the blue and white in St. Louis, the St. Louis Stars should have been able to fill seats. The reality however was much different and with low attendance, the St. Louis Stars soon folded and became no more.
